Two ways to enjoy Estherland Wagyu.

Every animal is born and raised on our farm in Easton, New York, registered with the American Wagyu Association, and pasture-raised without growth hormones or steroids. The difference comes down to how we finish them — and what kind of eating experience you're after.

Same Fullblood herd, same Easton pastures. The finish is yours to choose.

Grass-Finished

Pure pasture, start to finish.

Leaner, with a deeper, earthy flavor and higher Omega-3s. The healthy beef lover's Wagyu. Grass-Finished

We raise our Wagyu the way good beef should be raised: slowly, on pasture, with genetics that go back to Japan. Our herd is 100% Fullblood — every animal genetically verified and registered with the American Wagyu Association. They spend their lives on our pastures in Easton, New York, never see a feedlot, and are raised without growth hormones or steroids.

We breed for marbling. We feed for health. And we believe the difference shows up on your plate.
